This is a plate of mushrooms from the class I took in Mendocino while doing research for my fourth book. As you can see, there are a lot of different types. These were used in the recipes that were made. I’m off again this weekend to gather more information for the current book I’m writing. I have another mushroom class and a meeting with a person who knows about “sinker” logs. More on that to come!
