I’m going to be attending the Mendocino Whale Festival this coming weekend. I’m really looking forward to it. I based Whale Frolic in MURDER AT THE MANSION on it. It made me think of my trips to what I call whale camp in San Ignacio Lagoon. I’ve been three times. It’s the most amazing place I’ve ever been to. I’ve touched whales more than once.
