Here’s another Mendocino, California, morning which is what my town of Redwood Cove in my mystery series is based on. The fog has receded from the village, but it’s still lingering in the mountains. On the left side of the photograph is a water tower. There are a lot of them in the town and most were built at the end of the 19th century. Many of them are still in use today.
